    1Customer Cancellations

    Your refund amount depends on when you cancel relative to your event date. The table above shows the vendor fee refund percentage. Note that platform service fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.

    Example: For a ₹1,00,000 booking with ₹5,000 platform fee - canceling 30+ days ahead refunds ₹95,000 (100% vendor fee). The ₹5,000 platform fee is non-refundable.

    2Non-Refundable Items

    • Platform service fees
    • Payment gateway charges (Razorpay fees)
    • Custom materials already ordered (personalized decor, printed items)

    3Vendor Cancellations

    If a vendor cancels your booking, you receive:

    • 100% full refund including all platform fees
    • Help finding a replacement vendor of similar quality
    • Priority support for rebooking

    4Rescheduling Events

    Event date changes are subject to vendor availability. If the vendor can accommodate your new date, no cancellation fees apply. If they cannot, the request is treated as a cancellation under the standard policy above.

    5Force Majeure

    In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government lockdowns, or other force majeure events:

    • Both parties are relieved of obligations
    • Refunds or credits determined case-by-case based on expenses incurred
