Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EventzTree ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and EventzTree.

2. Definitions

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity visiting the Platform.
  • "Client" refers to a User who books services through the Platform.
  • "Vendor" refers to a service provider listed on the Platform offering event services.
  • "Service" means the event planning, vendor discovery, and booking facilitation provided by EventzTree.

3. Platform Services

EventzTree operates as an online marketplace connecting Clients with Vendors.We are an intermediary and not a party to any service agreement between Clients and Vendors.We do not control the quality, safety, or legality of the services advertised.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
  • Notify us immediately if you discover any security breach.

5. Vendor Obligations

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide services as described in their listings and agreed upon with Clients.
  • Maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required for their services.
  • Honor bookings confirmed through the Platform.
  • Pay EventzTree the agreed-upon commission fees for bookings secured via the Platform.

6. Payments and Fees

Service Fees: EventzTree charges a commission fee to Vendors for successful bookings.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed via third-party secure gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store credit card details.
Escrow/Release: Funds may be held in escrow and released to Vendors upon successful completion of milestones or strict verification, subject to our Payout Policy.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our standard Refund Policy and individual Vendor policies. EventzTree service fees are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to Platform error.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • Use the Platform to distribute spam or malware.
  • Scrape or copy data from the Platform without permission.
  • Bypass our fee structure by taking bookings off-platform (Disintermediation).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventzTree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved primarily through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
